Refund policy

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind may not be accepted. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads
  • Printable products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to provide a replacement 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled after they have entered production or shipping.

Once production has begun or an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
